Service policy
Applies to SBooths photobooth services – CÔNG TY CỔ PHẦN THƯƠNG MẠI DỊCH VỤ THUÊ NHANH.
1. Quotes & prices
- All prices on this site exclude 8% VAT and delivery.
- Quotes are sent by Zalo/email, itemised: package, extra hours, delivery, add-ons, VAT.
- Extra hour: 900,000 VND. Extra technician: 200,000 VND/hour.
2. Deposit & payment
- 50% deposit holds the date; the balance is paid before the event day.
- Companies: per quote/contract.
- A date is held only once the deposit is received. This website is not a booking calendar.
3. Cancellation
- We refund the amount paid, minus actual costs already incurred (e.g. templates designed, prints produced, vehicle dispatched).
- Refunds are sent within 24 business hours once the amount is agreed.
4. Changing the date
- At least 24 hours' notice: no change fee, subject to equipment availability.
5. Delivery & setup
- Inner-city Hanoi/HCMC (within 15 km of our warehouse): 500,000 VND per event (round trip), charged separately, by car.
- Outside the zone, Da Nang, other provinces: actual cost, itemised on the quote.
- We finish setup and testing at least 30 minutes before start. Please provide the space and power listed for each booth.
6. VAT invoices
- 8% VAT invoices are issued to companies using the tax code provided.
7. Service promise
- Backup kit at every event. QR downloads and all original files handed over at the event. Templates sent for approval at least 48 hours ahead.
- Failure through our fault: we refund the affected part of the service, minus actual costs incurred.
8. Photos & personal data
- Guests consent before shooting. Photos/videos are used for your event only.
- Photos are deleted from our system after 30 days. We only use photos as samples with written consent.
- Quote form details are used only to contact you and fulfil your order.
