Pricing & booking
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices exclude 8% VAT. Companies receive a VAT invoice.
Is delivery included?
No. Inner-city Hanoi/HCMC delivery & setup (within 15 km of our warehouse) is 500,000 VND per event (round trip). Outside the zone, Da Nang and other provinces: actual cost, itemised on the quote.
How far ahead should we book?
Book early for Year-End Party season (Nov–Jan). Dates are held only after the deposit.
Operations
Do you provide staff?
Yes. Every package has 2 staff: 1 technician + 1 guest assistant.
What if the internet drops?
We bring a backup 5G hotspot and can print without AI.
Photos & data
When do we get the files?
At the event: guests download by QR, and all original files are handed over on site at the end.
How is face data handled?
Guests consent before shooting; photos are deleted from our system after 30 days.
Payment & cancellation
How much is the deposit?
50% to hold the date; the balance before the event day. Companies: per quote/contract.
Is there a refund if we cancel?
Yes: the amount paid is refunded, minus actual costs already incurred.
