Quick answers

What does the price include?

Run time, 2 staff, unlimited shots, prints per package, templates, QR downloads and original files at the event, backup kit. Prices exclude 8% VAT.

How is delivery charged?

Inner-city Hanoi/HCMC (within 15 km of our warehouse): 500,000 VND per event (round trip), on top of the package. Outside the zone, Da Nang and other provinces: actual cost, itemised on the quote.

How much space do you need?

The AI booth needs about 2.5 × 2.5 m and two 220V sockets. The 360 booth needs about 3 × 3 m with a ceiling of 2.5 m or more.

What if we cancel?

We refund the amount paid, minus actual costs already incurred.
