Prep checklist
- Space: AI 2.5 × 2.5 m · 360 3 × 3 m (ceiling ≥ 2.5 m) · classic 2 × 2 m

- Load-in: at least 90 minutes before guests arrive
- Logo, brand colours, event name: send 5 days ahead for template approval
